Almost one year ago, I returned to the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, after completing my Fulbright as a Visiting Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As a neuroscientist in academia from a developing country, it's valuable to spend part of your career in a developed country.

The third cohort of the Fulbright Arctic Initiative, which is currently accepting applications through September 15, 2020, will stimulate international research collaboration on Arctic issues while increasing mutual understanding between people of the United States and member countries of the Arctic Council.
