There is much for a Fulbright scholar to discover in Bulgaria – its varied countryside, its friendly people and its rich history its cultural traditions, and its aspirations for the future. Bulgaria has been an active participant in the Fulbright program for many years, welcoming Fulbright scholars in many fields including American studies, business and finance, education, environmental studies, linguistics, journalism, international relations and law and the pure and applied sciences.
