Host: Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland
November 2002-February 2003

Dr. Rajam with Malaysian students and faculty of Central Missouri State University.

Dr. Krishnan Rajam, a Fulbright Visiting Scholar from Malaysia, was affiliated with the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland where he both lectured and continued his research on the assessment of injury prevention policies in Asia. His wide expertise in injury prevention in Asia made him a desired lecturer in a variety of organizations and institutions throughout the United States. During his four-month grant, Dr. Rajam visited the Lewis College of Business in Michigan, the Morehouse School of Medicine in Georgia, Lincoln University of Missouri and the University of Hawaii System in Honolulu as an Occasional Lecturer. Dr. Rajam met the faculties and discussed with the students the global and national perspective of injury prevention. He never missed the chance to acquaint his audience with the people, the culture and the beauty of Malaysia.
