Additional Qualifications: The award will be offered to one junior or senior scholar in the described field. Applicants should have a solid publications record in the target research areas, commensurate with career stage.

Length of Grant: 2 months to 10 months
Starting Date: Between September 2010 and March 2011
Comments: The Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP), German Institute for International and Security Affairs, is an independent research institute that advises the German government on foreign policy. The cooperation between the Fulbright Program and the SWP is meant to strengthen academic ties in common fields of interest. All necessary research facilities will be provided.
