Program Overview:
The academic calendar runs from April to December with no semester breaks. Lecturing proposals are given preference. Applicants with the Ph.D. and academic appointments are preferred but professionals with 5 years of experience will be considered.

Stipend: $2,640-$2,860 monthly base stipend, according to the standard base stipend formula.

|
Maintenance: Standard maintenance. For 2007-2008 the following was provided: $1,300-$1,800 per month, based on the number of accompanying dependents.

Travel/Relocation: Standard travel/relocation. For 2007-2008 the following was provided: $3,000-$7,400 based on the number of accompanying dependents.

Tuition Assistance: n.a.

Other Benefits:
Allowance of $1,000 for books and educational materials to be donated to the host institution or other entity upon grantee's departure.
