Benefits
Stipend: For Canada, a fixed sum allowance of $12,500 for one semester. For Mexico, $2,300 per month at the full or associate rank or professional equivalent; $1,800 per month for grantees at the assistant rank or professional equivalent.
Maintenance: For Mexico, monthly housing and subsistence allowance from $1,200 to $1,400, depending on the location in Mexico where the grantee will work. Additional allowances for accompanying dependents of $250 per month for one dependent, $400 per month for two dependents and $500 per month for three or more dependents.
Travel/Relocation: For Mexico, one round-trip international air ticket for the grantee not to exceed $1000 and a one-time settling in allowance of $1,200.
Tuition Assistance: n.a.
Other Benefits:  For Canada, Fall Orientation in the capital city, Ottawa, plus up to CAD$1000 for in-country travel and enrichment. For Mexico, a reimbursable allowance of $750 for books to be donated to the host institution upon the grantee's departure.
