Awards and Benefits
Summary:  Up to three awards for lecturing or combined lecturing/research. See also Kosovo.
Program Overview:  Academic year runs from October through June and consists of two semesters. The first semester is October 1 to December 24; the second semester is February 1 to June 30. Serbia has undergone a unique series of political, economic, social and cultural changes over the last two decades that makes it a kind of laboratory for studying this type of dramatic transformation. Benefits
Stipend: $2,640-$2,860 monthly base stipend, according to the standard base stipend formula.
Maintenance: Standard maintenance. For 2007-08 the following was provided: $1,400-$1,700 per month, based on the number of accompanying dependents.
Travel/Relocation: Standard travel/relocation. For 2007-08 the following was provided: $4,320-$8,320, based on the number of accompanying dependents.
Tuition Assistance: Tuition Assistance.
Other Benefits:  Book allowance of $1,500.
