Program Overview:
The lecturing/research awards are for individuals with a Ph.D. or a terminal degree and 3-10 years of appropriate professional experience. Grants are intended for 3-4 months only for the first or second semester of the academic year 2009-10. The fall semester runs from October through January and the spring semester from February to June. A letter of invitation is recommended for all awards. The Fulbright Foundation in Athens will offer suggestions and propose institutions and contacts. Additional information about Greek universities and awards can be found at www.fulbright.gr. English is sufficient for lecturing; however, knowledge of Greek is useful.
