Applicants should hold the appropriate terminal degree and have at least 3 years of university teaching experience or the professional equivalent. The academic year consists of two semesters, which usually begin September 15 and February 9. Grantees are often placed at state universities such as Baku State University, the Academy of Public Administration, Azerbaijan University of Languages or the State Economics University.
