Awards and Benefits
Summary:  One lecturing/research award and one research award.
Program Overview:  Macao is a small city with a long history as a Portuguese trading post and a gateway to China. It has a dynamic economy of gaming, tourism and manufacturing and is well connected to both China and Hong Kong.

Benefits
Stipend: For the lecturing award, $2,640-2,860 depending upon academic rank. For the research award, the monthly stipend will range from MOP$16,000 (approximately US$2,000) per month to MOP$24,000 (approximately US$3,000) depending upon years of relevant academic or professional experience.
Maintenance: For the lecturing award, the host institution will provide free accommodation for the grantee and accompanying dependents and a monthly allowance of $2,350 to $2,650 depending upon the number of accompanying dependents. For the research award, a housing allowance of MOP$4,500 (approximately US$560) per month.
Travel/Relocation: For the lecturing award, $3,550 for the grantee plus $2,300 for one dependent and $4,600 for two or more dependents. For the research award, $3,550 for the grantee.
Tuition Assistance: Tuition Assistance.
