Grant Activity: Teach undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in area of specialization. Deliver occasional guest lectures and public presentations and organize workshops at other universities as requested by interested universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Assist with curriculum development, as requested.
Specialization(s): Teaching of Islamic studies in the U.S., Islamic history and philosophy, Islam and the West, teaching of intercultural and interfaith theology and/or religious pluralism in the United States.
Language: English is sufficient for lecturing.
Location: Faculty of Islamic Sciences, University of Sarajevo
Length of Grant: 4 months to 9 months
Starting Date: October 2009 or February 2010 for one-semester grants; October 2009 for academic-year grants
