Grant Activity: Teach graduate-level courses. Average class size is 8-15 students and teaching load is 3 hours per week. Advise students and assist with curriculum development.
Specialization(s): East Asian comparative studies, global governance, international security policies, human rights and democracy, the UN and global peace, history of peace ideas, regional politics and economy, regional organizations in the Asia-Pacific region, U.S. politics, conflict resolution, diplomacy and negotiation
Additional Qualifications: Minimum academic rank of associate professor and minimum 10 years of teaching experience beyond Ph.D. at university, college and/or community college. Teaching assistantship does not count toward the required 10 years.
Location: The Graduate Institute of Peace Studies, Kyung Hee University
Length of Grant: 4 months
Starting Date: September 1, 2009 or March 1, 2010
