Grant Activity: Teach undergraduate courses, conduct research or carry out a combination of lecturing and research activities.
Specialization(s): Priority fields for lecturing include, but are not limited to, education, environmental studies, journalism, law, management and tourism. Priority fields for research include, but are not limited to, Islamic studies and coastal or marine sciences.
Language: Lecturing is in English.
Additional Qualifications: Ph.D. or the equivalent and 5 years teaching experience are preferred.
Location: Maldivian College of Higher Education or other affiliation to be arranged with an appropriate government ministry or parastatal authority.
Length of Grant: 5 months to 10 months
Starting Date: July 2009, January 2010 or July 2010
