Grant Activity: Teach undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in one or more of the areas of specialization. Assist in curriculum development, thesis tutorials, faculty training or executive programs, as requested.
Specialization(s): (1) International (public, private, trade) law, EU law, theory of law, comparative, e-business, marine law; (2) criminal justice or organization security (theory of security, economic security, psychology of security, methods); (3) environmental, telecommunications law
Language: English is sufficient for lecturing.
Location: School of Business Administration, University of Latvia; School of Business Administration Turiba or Riga Graduate School of Law
Length of Grant: 5 months to 9 months
Starting Date: September 2009 or February 2010 for one-semester grants; September 2009 for academic-year grants
Comments: Appointments, level of courses and semester dates depend on area of specialization. The University of Latvia is interested in specialists in international public law. The School of Business Administration Turiba is interested in all other specializations in law and criminal justice.
