Comments: The Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP)--German Institute for International and Security Affairs--is an independent research institute that advises the German government on foreign policy. The cooperation between the Fulbright Program and the SWP is meant to strengthen academic ties in common fields of interest. All necessary research facilities will be provided.
