Grant Activity: The grantee will be expected to teach modules (2-3 hours per week, 30-40 students) in the following undergraduate and postgraduate programs: B.S. food and pharmaceutical technology; M.S. food safety management; M.S. environmental health risk management. The grantee will assist the school in developing a professional doctorate in environmental health and collaborate in ongoing research. Specialization(s): Nutraceuticals (often referred to as phytochemicals or functional foods which are natural, bioactive chemical compounds that have health promoting, disease preventing or medicinal properties) and food

Additional Qualifications: Ph.D. in nutraceuticals or contributing disciplines (e.g. biology, biotechnology)
