Environment, Health and Sustainability: McMaster University Research Chair in Health, Science and the Environment

Grant Activity: Conduct research, develop collaborations and offer occasional guest lectures at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Specialization(s): Environment and health across the life course from the perspective of the human sciences. Areas of specialization may include, but are not limited to, public policy, the media and community-based environmental epidemiology.
Additional Qualifications: Established senior scholars are encouraged to apply.
Location: McMaster Institute of Environment and Health, McMaster University
Length of Grant: 4 months or 9 months
Starting Date: September 2009 for academic-year grants; September 2009 or January 2010 for one-semester grants
Comments: McMaster University is located in Hamilton, Ontario (population approximately 500,000), 45 minutes southwest of Toronto.
