Grant Activity: Teach one or two introductory and/or intermediate courses at the undergraduate or graduate level, via lectures and tutorials. Teaching load is approximately 10 hours per week, with class sizes ranging from 150-200 students at the undergraduate level to 30-50 students at the graduate level. Grantee will teach in one or two of the following programs: the Bachelor in Commerce undergraduate program, the Master of Arts in Creativity and Innovation graduate program or the Master of Business Administration graduate program. Students purchase books. Additional Qualifications: A Ph.D. is required. Applicants should have attained the rank of associate professor or higher, with at least 3 years of teaching.

Length of Grant: 4 months or 8 months
Starting Date: October 2009 for full academic year; February 2010 for second semester
Comments: A letter of invitation is required. The University of Malta will provide an accommodation allowance of approximately 350 euro per month and assistance in finding furnished accommodations for rent. For the first week, the grantee is provided free accommodations.
