Grant Activity: Help strengthen the university's current Master's of Education program by teaching courses in education technology, education administration or education leadership. Develop and teach two lecture-style courses (3-4 course credits each) with a class size of 10-15 students. Each credit point represents 15 hours of lecture. Courses can be taught sequentially or in parallel; the Fulbright Scholar can choose to teach both courses in one semester or one course per semester for two consecutive semesters. Two Cambodian faculty members will be assigned to the Fulbright Scholar for coaching as future core resources for the courses. Additionally, help build the capacity of faculty and graduate students in general educational and social research methods and supervise some master's students' theses. Conduct research while not engaged in lecturing or other duties at the host university.

Language: All courses will be conducted in English. Khmer language proficiency would be useful but is not necessary.
|

Additional Qualifications: Ph.D. and 3-5 years of teaching experience.
