Grant Activity: Teach introductory and/or advanced M.B.A. or graduate-level courses in international economics, finance or banking. Assist in curriculum development, thesis advising or faculty training, as requested.
Specialization(s): Macroeconomics, securities and investments, management, marketing, logistics, advertising, international (economics, transactions, business, marketing, trade, finance), cross-cultural business behavior, U.S. economic history, human or sustainable development, NGO management for cultural institutions
Language: English is sufficient for lecturing.
Additional Qualifications: Although Ph.D.s are preferred, professionals with university teaching experience may apply.
Location: Affiliation to be determined, but applicant may indicate preference.
Length of Grant: 5 months to 9 months
Starting Date: September 2009 or February 2010 for one-semester grants; September 2009 for academic-year grants
Comments: Appointments, level of courses and semester dates are dependent on specialization; multiple appointments are possible. Rezekne University has requested a specialist in strategic and human resource management. Vidzeme University College has requested a specialist in tourism.
