Distinguished Lectureship in Law

Grant Activity: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in area of specialization. Consult on curriculum and program development. Advise graduate students on theses. Give seminars, workshops and public lectures.
Specialization(s): Administrative, business, constitutional, investment, civil, tax, contract, comparative, intellectual property and international law
Additional Qualifications: Preference is for a full professor. Applicants must have a distinguished record of scholarship and publication.
Location: Affiliation to be determined.
Length of Grant: 5 months or 10 months
Starting Date: Late August 2009 for 10-month grants and August 2009 or February 2010 for 5-month grants
Comments: Based upon the scholar's expertise and the needs of institutions, assignments may be made, but will not be limited, to one of the following institutions: Fudan University, Shanghai; Peking University, Beijing; People's (Renmin) University of China, Beijing; Tsinghua University, Beijing; Chinese University of Political Science and Law, Beijing; and East China University of Politics and Law, Shanghai. Non-academic professionals may apply provided they have the requisite amount of university teaching experience and a distinguished record of scholarship and publication.
