Grant Activity: Teach undergraduate courses in: conservation biology, tropical ecology and natural resource management; or American literature and drama; or agribusiness, agricultural marketing, farm operation and management; or food technology, food processing and preservation, biochemistry, chemical analysis and enzymology, or animal improvement, animal feed and nutrition, ruminant and non-ruminant production. Supervise student field work and final year research projects, contribute to updating curriculum and provide faculty training. If in food science, help set up a laboratory. Conduct research in area of specialization.
