Additional Qualifications: Candidates should have both academic credentials and professional experience in any of the specializations listed. At a minimum, candidates must hold an M.S. or higher degree from an internationally recognized university.
Location: American University of Kosovo
Length of Grant: 10 months to 12 months

Comments: Please see the host university's Web site for current course offerings: www.aukonline.org. The academic calendar is three quarters per academic year. Quarters begin approximately September 1, November 20 and March 10. No regular classes in summer. Contact persons are Chris Hall, Ph.D., American University of Kosovo (AUK) president, chall@aukonline.org and Peter L. Boyd, director of academic affairs, plbcms@rit.edu. All courses are undergraduate, classes are usually 4 hours per week, average class size is 25-30 students. Courses are usually interactive lectures, however other alternative pedagogical approaches are encouraged. AUK has a small but functional library, and students also have access to the online resources offered from RIT. This includes, but is not limited to, the RIT online library and course management system. Faculty housing will be provided for the grantee.
