Grant Activity: Teach one undergraduate module for 50-100 students. 2-hour lecture per week for 13 weeks. Tutorials for two to four groups with 2-hour sessions. Total teaching hours expected: 58 per semester. Exam grading. Conduct at least one departmental seminar. Seventy percent of grantee's time will be spent on lecturing.
Additional Qualifications: At least 5 years of university or college teaching experience (including community college) beyond Ph.D. Teaching assistantship does not count toward the required 5 years of teaching experience.
Location: Department of History, National University of Singapore
Length of Grant: 6 months
Starting Date: July 1, 2009 or January 5, 2010
