Grant Activity: Applicants may propose research projects, lecturing projects or a combination of both. For research projects, collaborative work with local scholars is desirable. Lecturing and lecturing/research grantees are expected to conduct seminars, give public lectures, and advise on university curriculum and administration.

Specialization(s): Preference will be given to projects in education, business administration, computer science, economics, engineering, environmental sciences, information technology, international studies, law (including judicial training), medicine, political science, public administration, marine resources, sociology, telecommunications, TEFL, urban planning and waste management.
|
|
Language: Fluent Spanish is desired; applicants must submit a language proficiency report.
|
|
Additional Qualifications: Four years of experience beyond the terminal degree is preferred.
|
|
Location: Applicants are encouraged to arrange affiliation and include letter of invitation.
|
|
Length of Grant: 3 months
|
|
Starting Date: May 2009 or later
|
|
