Grant Activity: Teach courses and conduct research in area of interest. Applicants should describe proposed courses and submit a detailed plan of research.
Language: Hebrew is helpful but not required.
Additional Qualifications: Assistant professor or higher academic rank or equivalent professional experience is required.
Location: Applicants are encouraged to arrange affiliation & include letter of invitation.
Length of Grant: 4 months to 10 months
Starting Date: September/October 2009 or February 2010
Comments: A host institution is obliged to make a financial contribution toward the funding of its guest's USIEF grant. This financial aspect should be included in preliminary discussions with potential hosts prior to the issuance of a letter of invitation.
