Length of Grant: 2 months to 10 months
Starting Date: September 2009 or later for shorter grant periods
Comments: Intended for scholars at the assistant professor level who have received the Ph.D. within the last 5 years or have comparable professional qualifications. Ph.D. candidates should be within 6 months of receipt of their degree by the application deadline and include with their application a letter from their thesis advisor confirming their status. Applicants are expected to arrange an affiliation appropriate to the proposed research and document this affiliation with their applications.
