Grant Activity: Conduct research, develop collaborations and offer occasional guest lectures at the undergraduate or graduate level with the School of Native Studies and the Faculty of Law.

Specialization(s): North American aboriginal law with a focus on aboriginal resource rights and governance and their relationship to national and provincial, state or territorial regulatory regimes.

Comments: The School of Native Studies provides a common ground for aboriginal and non-aboriginal students to research, explore and critically examine the historical and contemporary issues that concern native peoples and communities. The Faculty of Law is the oldest in western Canada and is one of Canada's top tier law schools. The university Web site is www.ualberta.ca.
