Africa Higher Education Collaborative (AHEC)
The African Higher Education Collaborative (AHEC) is a scholarly initiative primarily involving four countries – Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. AHEC works to identify strategies for improving equity and access to higher education in Africa. AHEC serves as a think tank and clearinghouse of information that is then accessed by fellow scholars, policy makers and practitioners throughout the African continent.
