Description: We are building a web-based map that will document the scientific and perceived impacts of climate change. The website will be a resource for NGOs, governments, journalists, researchers and educators to connect and validate climate observations and adaptation strategies.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been useful in improving the quality of financial, health, and institutional services in Latin America and the Caribbean (LA&C). Yet climate change (adaptation and mitigation), and the monitoring of environmental pressures are areas where ICTs have been largely absent. We attempt to identify the key actors and the roles they play in making an ICT implementation for climate change adaptation successful in the region.
