February 2013 | Anticipated Notification of Selection
March 2013 | Anticipated Date of Host Campus Agreement Execution
May 2013 | Digital Video Conference (DVC) Orientations with CIES for Faculty and Mentors at U.S. Host Institutions
June 2013 | CIES Process First Payment to Host Institutions
July 7, 2013 | Participants Arrive in Washington, DC for Orientation
July 10, 2013 | Participants Arrive at Host Institution for Program
August 2013 | Mid-program Evaluation – CIES Staff Member On-Site
September 14, 2013 | Participants Depart
