February 2014 | Anticipated Notification of Selection
March 2014 | Anticipated Date of Host Campus Agreement Execution
May 2014 | Digital Video Conference (DVC) Orientations with CIES for Faculty and Mentors at U.S. Host Institutions
May 2014 | CIES Process First Payment to Host Institutions
June 1, 2014 | Participants Arrive at English Language Program
June 29, 2014 | Participants Arrive at Host Institution for Program
July-August 2014 | Mid-program Evaluation – CIES Staff Member On-Site
September 6, 2014 | Participants Depart
September 2014 | Host Institution Submit Final Program Report and Invoice to CIES
