December 5, 2012 by 11:59PM EST | Deadline for Host Institution Proposals to CIES
February 2013 | Anticipated Notification of Host Institution Selection
March 2013 | Anticipated Date of Host Campus Agreement Execution
May 2013 | Digital Video Conference (DVC) Orientations with CIES for Faculty and Mentors at U.S. Host Institutions
June 2013 | CIES Process First Payment to Host Institutions
June 29, 2013 | Participants Arrive at Host Institution
July 2013 | On-Site Orientation – CIES Staff Member On-Site
August 2013 | Mid-program Evaluation – CIES Staff Member On-Site
September 7, 2013 | Participants Depart
September 2013 | Host Institution Submit Final Program Report and Invoice to CIES
