Grant Activity: Teach undergraduate and graduate students for approximately 42 hours (6 hours a week) to classes of up to 15 students, and seminars to doctoral students for approximately 6 hours. The grantee is encouraged to give his/her students reading assignments. The grantee has access to a well-stocked library for research. Other duties include student advising.

Additional Qualifications: Degree in law and related fields (constitution law, law and economics, law and society) is preferred.
Location: Faculty of Law, University of Trento
Length of Grant: 3 months
Starting Date: February/March 2010
Comments: Opportunity for research in areas including labor law, public and constitutional law, comparative law, history of law and criminal law. The University of Trento will provide free accommodation for the Fulbright Scholar.
